Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing technical support for the company's visual projects, including customer technical communication, setting up testing environments, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, customer maintenance, etc;
2. Provide telephone technical support, remote technical support, and on-site technical support, and be able to independently handle and solve the tasks assigned;
3. Able to independently carry out after-sales maintenance, emergency response, and troubleshooting work for projects;
4. Participate in user training, provide on-site guidance and other after-sales technical support work;
5. Other tasks arranged by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in industrial robotics, artificial intelligence, industrial automation, measurement and control, electrical engineering, computer science or other related fields;
2. Candidates with experience in machine vision applications and proficient in using programming languages such as VB.net, CSharp, VC, etc. are preferred;
3. Good at learning and striving for progress, proactive in work, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility;
4. Good communication skills and strong team spirit;
5. Good English foundation, able to read English materials;
6. Adapt to frequent business trips;
7. Priority will be given to those who have used visual software such as DALSA, COGNEX, KEYENCE, and HALCON.
